ClientHouse  15.07.2008, CRM Optimization at GOLLMANN

ClientHouse supports the GOLLMANN Kommissioniersysteme GmbH in optimizing their CRM-environment.
 
Coaching workshops were organized in order to customize the CRM system salesforce.com step by step to meet the requirements of the fast growing and expanding company. In close cooperation with the management and CRM users at GOLLMANN unused CRM potentials have been worked out and identified weaknesses were eliminated.

Key challenges of this project:
  • Optimizing the sales process (from lead to customer through to sales pipeline)
  • Implementing currency management
  • Integration Microsoft Outlook
  • Providing reports and analyses for systematic sales management
  • Training of sales representatives
